This summer, I worked as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Action Potential Physical Therapy, where I created and managed customer-facing content for Meta platforms. I developed content focused on physical therapy, wellness, patient experiences, and relatable physical therapy office topics while helping showcase the company’s services and personality online. I also monitored audience engagement and social media performance, using consumer responses and trends to inform future content. This experience strengthened my skills in content creation, social media strategy, consumer insights, and digital marketing.
